I'm Kristen Laesser — a singer-songwriter making feminine pop-rock for anyone who's ever felt a little too much, not enough, or somewhere in between.

I write about the messy stuff: heartbreak, anxiety, anger, healing, starting over, and all the beautifully complicated parts of being human.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn't just want to make songs people could relate to. I wanted to build the kind of space I always wished existed — somewhere you don't have to make yourself smaller, cooler, quieter, or easier to understand to belong.

So if you've ever felt a little out of place...

you've found your people.

I'm probably hyperfixating on a new project, changing something in my house that absolutely did not need changing, doing my hair or makeup, hanging out with my animals, watching YouTube, or convincing myself that this time I'll definitely finish one project before starting another.

I am powered primarily by Coca-Cola, questionable ideas, and the phrase “wait... what if we did THIS?”
